Dear Ferraristi,
Welcome to the World Heritage Village and Fjord of Geiranger, where we will host the 2025 Ferrari Nordic Meeting.
Friday June 13th
ARRIVAL & CHECK-IN
Registration and check-in at the Hotel lobby upon arrival.
Cars will be parked in designated areas according to your designated group, which is assigned to you by a color. You will get a small sticker to put on your windshield (don’t worry, it comes off easily!). Please make sure it is visible. (Groups can not be exchanged, as the assigned groups must be adhered to ensure smooth event organization.)
The parking is outside the hotel or in the Norsk Fjordsenter parking lot. The parking area will be guarded at all times. Upon registration, car crews will receive information about their group and other important information about the weekend. Make sure you pick up your t-shirt at the welcome desk.
HOTEL UNION
Union Hotel is located Geirangervegen 101, 6216 Geiranger. The hotel check-in starts at 15.00. The hotel has a spa and two swimming pools, so make sure you pack everything you need.
EXHIBITIONS
Friday afternoon until Saturday afternoon you can visit our partners and sponsors exhibitions inside the hotel. Bang & Olufsen, Riedel, Autoglym among others.
WINE TASTING
You may also join the Wine Tasting with West Coast Wines and Riedel.

DINNER & DRESS CODE
The dress code for Friday’s dinner is smart casual. Nothing fancy today!
We enjoy the Hotels buffet starting at 18:30. There is no seating arrangement for the dinner, so tables will be filled in order of arrival. Special diets will be checked again at the start of the dinner.
SERVICE CAR
There will be a Formula service car and mechanic with us: Kristian Poljak, phone: +47 413 55 962. He will be available for assistance throughout the weekend.
Saturday June 14th
BREAKFAST
A delicious breakfast buffet at the hotel is served prior to our departure.
DRIVE
This is the highlight of this Nordic Meeting
The route will be driven in two (2) times two (2) convoys, with each one group driving clockwise and the other counterclockwise. It is very important that you follow your own group, and depart at your assigned departure time, otherwise someone else may be left behind on the dock due to the capacity of the ferry.
Clockwise groups
Specifically, this means that these groups start the tour by driving from sea level, i.e. zero (0m) to 1500m on a partly private tollroad to Dalsnibba, where we will enjoy the nothing but breathtaking view of Geiranger and the fjord. From here we drive to Stryn for a display of the cars and lunch. After lunch we continue to Hellesylt and end the trip with a scenic mini cruise back to Geiranger.
Counterclockwise Groups
Specifically, the counterclockwise groups start the tour with a scenic 50-minute mini-cruise-ferry tour to Hellesylt and drive to Stryn for lunch.
After lunch these groups drive to Dalsnibba and return to Geiranger.
Departure times from the Hotel:
Group 1 - RED to Dalsnibba: 08.40
Group 2 - GREEN to Hellesylt: 09.30
Group 3 - BLUE to Dalsnibba: 10.20
Group 4 - YELLOW to Hellesylt: 11.10

AFTERNOON PROGRAM
Depending on your estimated time of arrival, Saturday afternoon is free time, which can be spent enjoying the stunning nature, visit the Fjordsenter across the road, or enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the outstanding spa area. You can also visit our partners exhibitions in the reception area, or enjoy the wine tasting with West coast wines - if you managed to book a spot.
DINNER & DRESS CODE
The dress code for Saturday’s evening party is “business formal”, i.e. dark suit or tuxedo. (If weather permits, the dinner will be outside!)
Weather dependent, we plan for outdoor seating. Drinks will be served on the terrace overlooking the fjord at 18:30, preparing ourselves for an unforgettable dinner at 19:00, live music, drinks, and excellent entertainment.
BREAKFAST
After a delicious breakfast at the hotel, we say goodbye and head our seperate ways back home. Drive safe!

Visit the car museum at hotel Union
In the basement of the conference department you can find the hotels Car museum. There you can find ten veteran cars from 1920 - 1932.

Registration is binding, and unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations after May 1st. If you are unable to attend and wish to transfer your spot to someone else. this must be arranged privately. It is very important that you inform us of who will be taking your pla and that this person is a member of one of the Scandinavian clubs. We also need their full contact information.
